While we do recommend to keep competence in-house, it can often be hard to find the correct competency and retain them. We don’t replace your employees, we supercharge them, while keeping your cost down. It is hard to find one employee with all the expertise our consultants can offer and at the same time you have no flexibility to pause of cancel an employee. Many of our clients have their own internal team and subscribe to our service as extra resources for peaks and difficult tasks.
No. You can fill up your backlog in Trello with as many stories and requests you like. You prirotize the list and we will always select the requests with highest priority. Depending on the plan you chose we will work on one request at the time with Standard and two requests with the Pro plan.
All of our consultants are based in the EU, most are based in Scandinavia. We have a network of experts we cooperate with and we always make sure they fulfill our quality requirements and have excessive experience in their area of expertise together with relevant certifications. When you book a consultant you will always be able to interview them before you sign up and also if you subscribe to support you will meet the team before they start.
For your support subscription, you always pay for one month upfront. So if you click the pause button we will continue on your requests until the end of the current month but you pause payment and work from the upcoming month. Your Trello board stays as it is and once you active again we continue where we left off. This is handy during the holiday period or during periods with lower activity in your company. Your account will be canceled if we don’t hear from you again after 6 months in pause mode.
That is fully up to you. We prefer to have full consultant permissions to your instances so we can build, test and deliver full solutions to your requests, but you can also subscribe to our service only for advisory, issue handling and solution proposals.
Of course. As any other service you buy we have a standard contract describing and confirming what services you describe for it's terms and conditions. Our standard contract is not long and complicated just as our service model, simple and to the point with high quality. We will also sign your companies NDA and other documentation needed to work in your systems and have access to your data.
